Terms of Use for the shareware version
The user is allowed to test the shareware version of this program free of charge. It may only be used for commercial purposes after the registration fee has been paid.

The shareware version may be distributed freely, i.e. free of charge - but only in its entirety, as is! Alterations to the program (including its documentation) are prohibited. No more than a small copying fee should be charged for this program.

Terms of Use for the registered version
The user is allowed to install the registered version of the FixFoto software on two computers (e.g. desktop notebook) belonging to the same user. Transfer of ownership (through sale or as a gift) is permitted, provided that the software is passed on in its entirety (i.e. with all its files and programs). Also, all backup copies must be passed on to the new owner. Any other form of resale is prohibited. Making alterations to the programs features, functionality or appearance is prohibited. The software may not be reverse engineered, disassembled or decompiled. The license key for the full version MAY NOT be passed on to third parties

Exclusion from Warranty and Disclaimer
This program was created and tested with the greatest possible care and attention to detail by the author (and, of course, used to edit my own precious image collection). It is provided as is. The author would like to point out that it is impossible to create a shareware program in such a way that it works error-free under all possible circumstances. Therefore, the author does not guarantee that this piece of software is suited to a particular form of usage or a certain configuration. The author does not assume any form of liability or warranty for errors in this piece of software or any errors or damage caused by its use or a user's inability to use it properly. This includes loss of profit to a company or an individual, the disruption of business-related workflow, the loss of data or any other material or intellectual loss and consequences thereof that may occur. This applies even if the author has been warned of the possibility of such damages occurring. The author is also not responsible for any form of damage caused by viruses that may propagate through copies of this software.

By using this software, the user agrees to the terms and conditions of use as stated above, as well as the exclusion from warranty and liability. Should individual clauses of this agreement be or become subject to change, challengeable, void by law or invalid, this has no effect on the validity of the remainder of the agreement and its clauses. The maximum possible liability is limited to the registration fee which the user pays for this piece of software.
